Terms of service
The agreement between you and FirstSIM when you buy an eSIM from this site.
The short version
You buy a data-only eSIM for a destination. It starts when it first connects there, lasts the days on the plan, and is yours to top up. We sell the plan; the local networks carry the signal.
1. What you are buying
- •A data-only eSIM: mobile internet for the destination and the data and days on the plan you chose. It has no phone number and cannot make ordinary calls or send SMS.
- •Your days start when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy or install it.
- •Unlimited plans have a full-speed allowance per day, then a reduced speed — both shown on the plan before you pay.
2. Your phone
- •Your phone must support eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier. Please check before you buy.
- •Install the eSIM once. Deleting it from your phone usually cannot be undone.
3. Coverage and speed
- •The eSIM runs on the local networks named on each plan, through the eSIM platform we work with. We are not the network: coverage and speed are what those networks provide where you are.
- •Your internet traffic may exit through another country, shown on the destination page. Most apps work exactly the same; a few websites may show that country.
4. Prices and payment
- •Prices are in US dollars and include everything we charge. You pay once; nothing renews.
- •Payments are processed in Pakistani rupees at the day's rate, shown at checkout. Your bank may show a conversion or a foreign-transaction fee of its own.
- •5% of what you paid for a delivered order is added to your FirstSIM balance. Balance has no cash value and is not transferable.
5. Fair use
- •Use the eSIM for your own personal connectivity. Reselling it, using it for automated traffic, or anything unlawful is not allowed, and we may stop an eSIM used that way.
6. Refunds
- •See the refund policy — a full refund if it does not work, and 14 days to change your mind before installing.
7. Our liability
- •We are responsible for delivering the eSIM you paid for, or refunding it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed connections or business lost because of a network outage. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
8. The law
- •These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where First SIM is registered. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
- •We may update these terms; the version on this page when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase.
