How can we help?

How it works

Buy before you go

Choose your destination and a plan. Your eSIM arrives by email about a minute after paying, and it is on your order page too.

Install it at home

On Wi-Fi, any time before you fly. Installing uses nothing: your days have not started.

Switch it on when you land

Set the eSIM as your line for mobile data and turn on data roaming for it. Your days start at that first connection.

Is my phone compatible?

Most phones from 2019 on

iPhone XS, XR and newer; Google Pixel 3 and newer; Samsung Galaxy S20, Z Fold and Z Flip and newer; and many recent phones from other makers.

Check yours in ten seconds

Dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM. On iPhone you can also look for "Add eSIM" under Settings → Mobile Data.

It must be unlocked

A phone locked to a carrier will not accept another carrier's eSIM. If you are unsure, ask the carrier that sold it.

Install on iPhone

The quick way

Open your order page on the iPhone and tap "Install on iPhone". Follow the prompts.

With the QR code

Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code, and scan the code from your email or order page on another screen.

Label it

Name it "Travel" so you can tell it from your own line, and choose it for Mobile Data when you land.

Install on Android

With the QR code

Settings → Connections (or Network & internet) → SIMs → Add eSIM, then scan the QR code.

Without a second screen

Use the activation code shown on your order page: choose "Enter code manually" and paste it.

When you land

Set the eSIM as your SIM for mobile data and turn on roaming for it.

Data left and top-ups

See what is left

Your eSIM page shows data and days left. Networks report usage with a delay, so we show how old each figure is.

Top up the same eSIM

Add data from your eSIM page in a tap. No new QR code, nothing to reinstall.

5% back

Every delivered order adds 5% of what you paid to your balance, to spend on your next plan or top-up.

It will not connect

Turn on data roaming for the eSIM

It is a travel eSIM: it connects as roaming. This is the most common fix.

Check it is the line for mobile data

Your phone may still be using your own SIM for data.

Restart, or toggle airplane mode

It makes the phone search for networks again.
